For over two decades I worked in high-pressure spaces - producing global events including the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023, directing my own production company, founding two performing arts academies, and spending 20+ years as a professional performer and MC. I was the woman who could hold it together under any pressure.
Until my body decided otherwise.
Burnout forced me to stop and face everything I'd been ignoring. I had a choice: keep overriding, or do the work. I chose the work.
In doing so, I started to see it everywhere. Women around me - capable, driven, accomplished - were barrelling down the same highway I had been. The further they pushed, the more the tires wore thin, until eventually - something had to give.
So I retrained. Now, I help them - because I know what it costs, and I know it doesn't have to.
I support women from a foundation of inclusion, affirmation, and care.
My practice is LGBTQI+ friendly, neuroaffirming, and trauma-led - which means you are welcome exactly as you are.
Every space I hold is grounded in collaboration, consent, and nervous system safety. By working with the nervous system - combining somatic practice and neuroscience - I help you rebuild the internal capacity to regulate, to trust yourself, and to make choices that reflect your actual needs rather than external pressure.
