This is where you finish your days with energy left, feel calm and confident in your choices and start living in a way that feels right for you.

What if I’m already busy – will this just add more to my plate?

No. THRIVE is designed to make life feel lighter, not heavier. Because it’s personalised, we focus on freeing up your energy, helping you switch off at the end of the day, rest without guilt and move through your routines with more ease. Instead of adding tasks, THRIVE gives you back space and clarity.

Do I need to have my goals all figured out before starting?

Not at all. In THRIVE, clarity is something we create together. Some women arrive knowing exactly what they want, others simply know they’re tired of pushing through. Through our process, you’ll create a vision that feels aligned with your values – whether that’s presence with loved ones, confidence in hard conversations or finally feeling grounded and proud of how you live day-to-day.

What if I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t work?

How much time do I need to commit each week?

We’ll meet weekly for coaching sessions, with simple practices to carry into your days. These aren’t “extras” – they’re shifts that change how you move through your existing routines: shutting your laptop and actually switching off, being present at dinner, resting without guilt. Most women find that THRIVE gives them back more time and energy than it takes.

What’s the return on investment?

The ROI of THRIVE is holistic. Professionally and personally, women leave with sharper clarity, confidence in decision-making and the energy to show up fully. But the deeper return is this: you rest without guilt, you’re present with the people you love, the mental noise quiets and you feel like yourself again – grounded, confident and free from the weight of expectation. Is your coaching trauma-sensitive or inclusive?

Yes. my practice is LGBTQI-friendly, neuroaffirming and trauma-sensitive. You’ll always be met with care, consent and safety as we work at a pace that feels right for you.

How are the sessions run, and what do I need to take part?

THRIVE is 100% online, delivered through Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere. You’ll also have your own client portal via my coaching platform, Ivorey, where you can access your resources, personalised client notes and session materials. All you’ll need is a laptop or tablet with an internet connection and camera to attend calls and make the most of the support and tools available.
